We streamline approval processes, confirm feasibilities, and manage project teams through construction, tenant selection, negotiation, delivery, project marketing and launch. We can manage your internal resources and select the right experts to ensure a successful project delivery. We’ll take your project through to completion including as-built drawings, maintenance manuals and other operational instructions and we can continue to manage and lease the asset if you don’t have the resources.
