ISPT has transformed 477, both reimagining and repositioning the property as part of Sydney’s new Tech Central. Titanium Food and Titanium Place and Design collaborated on preparing both a short and long term retail strategy. With laneways, theatre connections, heritage buildings and state of the art lobby spaces, the strategy pivoted off “zones” that were tailored to the needs of different users across different day parts.
