Awarded Global Building of the Year in 2022, this $1B development incorporated an entire city precinct. Titanium Food calculated the quantum of food sustainable across the entire site and how to distribute the food mix across laneways, heritage buildings and a new commercial tower to revitalise and activate this section of Sydney on weekdays, weekends and evenings. The precinct incorporates over 30 F&B outlets including the award winning adaptive re-use of the heritage listed Hinchcliff House into a multi-levelled Italian hospitality experience.
