Timothy Atkins

Having worked in property for over 30 years, Tim has extensive expertise in property investment, planning, development, and construction. In 2009, Tim started Titanium Property Investment to provide high net worth individuals and non-property corporates with access to the same property experience and expertise available in the Australian Real Estate Investment Trusts.

Further testament to Tim’s entrepreneurial skills is the successful redevelopment of 79 Commonwealth Street in Surry Hills, purchased for $7.5 million in 2010 and recently valued at circa $33 million. Tim thrives on creativity and problem solving, and he doesn’t believe there’s such a thing as a bad idea until it’s proven ‘uncommercial’.
